Situated on a 1,206sqm peninsula block in Paradise Waters, with water on three sides and 40 metres of north-west-facing main river frontage, this property is one of the Gold Coast’s premier waterfront residences. The architecturally designed home features an infinity pool, resort-style entertaining terraces, a waterfront cabana, and landscaped grounds across a site that demands a high standard at every level.
The brief called for a landscape that matched that standard: contemporary, low-maintenance, and suited to the scale and character of the home. With no machinery access to the rear of the property, the entire build had to be completed by hand.
In two weeks, Lynx Landscaping delivered a complete landscape design and construction project, including artificial turf around the pool area that provides a consistently manicured finish without the ongoing upkeep a natural lawn would require.
